Petros Siasiaridis was born in 1999 and grew up in Koufalia, a small town located at the northern part of Greece. In 2022, he obtained his BSc. degree in Chemistry from the University of Ioannina with honours. He completed his thesis under the supervision of Prof. K. Skobridis, dealing with the synthesis and identification of the precursor compounds of Lenvatinib, an anti-cancer drug, while also achieving optimization of the synthetic route. After taking a mandatory break to join the army, in 2023 he started his MSc. in Chemistry at the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit (Joint Degree). As of September 2024, he is part of the Noël Research Group and more specifically the RoboChem team where he is working on the chemistries to be implemented in the newer versions of RoboChem.
