Francesco Pasca, born in 1996 in Scorrano, a small village in the Apulian countryside (Italy), he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with honors in Chemistry at the University of Bologna, with a thesis focused on enantioselective metalla-photoredox catalysis under the supervision of Professor Pier Giorgio Cozzi. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Bari under the guidance of Professor Renzo Luisi. His current research focuses on flow photocatalytic processes, with particular attention to decarboxylative processes for the generation of ketyl and fluoroalkyl radicals. Francesco is currently conducting a research visit with the Nöel Group, where his work focuses on the development of flow photocatalytic processes.
