Yuanhai Su was born in China. He received BE from Tianjin University, and then a Ph.D. degree from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics under the supervision of Prof. Guangwen Chen and Prof. Quan Yuan, both in chemical engineering. He conducted his postdoc research with the support of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, with the host of Prof. Eugeny Kenig in Paderborn University, Germany. Currently, he is the recipient of the Marie Curie Actions fellowship (host: Assistant Prof. Timothy Noël), and works at the Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands. His research interests are in the areas of process intensification, microreactor technology and continuous-flow chemistry.
